By using Kaintayo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Kaintayo is
Kaintayo is a menu-sharing tool for sellers. Buyers browse your public menu and place orders through Messenger (or your listed contact). Kaintayo does not process food payments from buyers and is not a party to sales between you and your customers.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for menu accuracy, food safety, pricing, and fulfilling customer orders.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Keep your login secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
Paid plans
Pro subscriptions and custom links are billed via PayMongo (e.g. QR Ph). Features and limits may change; current pricing is shown in Billing. Custom links may break old URLs when changed.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Kaintayo is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or disputes between sellers and buyers arising from menu content or Messenger orders.
