Kaintayo (“we”) helps home-based and cart sellers publish shareable food menus. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
- Account details (email, and name if you sign in with Google)
- Store and menu content you upload (name, photos, prices, hours, location, Messenger link)
- Billing records when you pay for Pro or a custom link (via PayMongo — we do not store full card numbers)
How we use it
- To run your public menu and seller dashboard
- To process seller subscriptions and custom-link purchases
- To keep the service secure and fix issues
Sharing
Your public menu is visible to anyone with the link. We use providers such as Supabase (hosting/auth/database) and PayMongo (payments). We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
You can edit or delete menu content in the dashboard. To close your account or request deletion of personal data, message us on our Facebook Page.
